I have THIS site that I do not have time to do anything with since my other site is taking all my energy and money :bigeyes2:

Im looking for a Designer/Coder that has some time over and wants to work on this.

I will not have time to code or design for this project, i can do some other things if needed, ill even push in some money if needed. you do the rest, what ever you want but with my permission since i do not want to be involved in things i dont know.

The site was planed to be a money exchange thing, there people can exchange mone via paypal and e-gold and many other online payment solutions, but there is some issues, like how to prevent frauds, if a stoled account is used tru the site what will happe? and so on.

The transactions are made automatically by the way, so the "owners" dont have to do anything once its online and running. but the site will need some security work I guess.

The partnership will be 51% --- 49% there i have 51% of the rights for the site, this is to prevent arguments. but the profit will be split in 50/50. im not looking for someone who will start bitching about how much he/she works on the site and i dont, this is why im looking for someone.
