Most of you may remember me on Admin-Lounge as Evolution. I have since then started free Guild Web Hosting with all the perks of a paid host! I am still working on changing a lot of this skin I have going have just completed the banner aspect of it and I am now working on other aspects of the skin. I know the welcome header needs editing and the forums are lacking but I need some reviews or some help! haha. Let me know what you think so far.

Well, for me I like the skins. Seems like a warrior Site. Yeah It's good. Graphics is also good. Dark and glowing. You know the things, editing the header and banner. I know you can do much more better. Anyways better site.

Charming. A one word explanation for it.

Here are my suggestion(s) :

1) The skin is too wide. If possible, reduce the width.
2) In the banner, you could remove the motion blur on the text.

Currently, there is not much more to speak about. I will closely monitor the progress though. I love the layout.

I am having a really hard time finding a good font to blend with the banner that is the problem I am having. I agree with you on the width as well I have been working on that.

It's not a big problem. Just test out on your local server and you can get "loads" of tutorials over reducing the width. I will search for some of them.

Awesome, Ya this skin was not coded to be changed in width so I have to code it into it. You can change the width % in stylevars but that only changes the width of the forums and there is no width % in the header template so ya I might have to code the header template to adjust the width.

Edit: ok I recoded the skin took out the sidebar and move the last post info back to stock now just have to work on the navbar but I was able to set the skin at 80% width now.

Although i think Illidan is a noob and should be removed from the header i think you should do something with the empty space on the header, on the right side. That black area ruins the whole design!

Well, Now the forum looks way better. I am love in it. But, pay attention to what Thanoz said. That's my suggestion too ;) . Fill the black area with something better

lol I think Illidan is badass but I am just evil like that.. which is why I have a 70rogue. As for the banner it fades to out and the background is black because if a member has a different size monitor or resolution then the skin will still look the same and won't be stretched. I was trying to make a flash button to float there for the hosting program... I mean the only other way to eliminate the black area is to try to make the banner a % I guess I can try that.

Or you can convert that black empty space to an ad space! i think if your site gets famous some people would pay lots of money for such an ad spot ;>
