Page Rank seems to be valued and important part of a website and I would like to know how do I obtain a page rank?

Write and Update Unique Content on daily basis, get backlinks, and just sit and wait!

I have also unique tricks

Just concentrate yourself for quality traffics and it will happen due to quality backlinks. If you achieve your target to gain traffics then your PR will come self, dont worry for them.

Actually most of us have a wrong understanding about PR - we think "higher PR page will come top of the SERP" - but it is not true. PR is totally depends on quality of backlinks and SERP is based on many other factors. So PR is a factor but not a major factor.

However everyone will tell you to create backlinks but nobody will tell you that "Don't create backlinks; like directory submission or link exchange too fast". This is very risky, because to Google, it may be considered as spamming! That's why I don't pay money to someone for directory submission ( i tried once only ).

High PR directories have higher value and ask for more money. I don't have money - what can I do? I look for SEO guru's new or little old directories in forums with PR2 / PR3 directories. Because not everyone can promote their directories and not every directory have same future!

Any things related to update will help you for site PR, only you have to think always that contents are unique and suitable for your site.

Thats why most of users invite you for blog commenting coz it will help his/her blog site.

I also agree with Hasan,

For link from directories there are different opinion from different users for example some one advice you that its worth of time, some one advice you that it can be a best way to collect good numbers of one way links.

According to me its a best way for one way links for your site, it does not matter that how do you submit it? self or through professionals, But you should submit your site links to web directories.
