I would say somewhere around $350 to $400
But thats just my guesstimate

What do you mean text links? Do you mean that if i put my sites link onto a PR 5 site, i'll have to pay 25 buck, is that right?

Another way is use google adwords bud. Haven't try it, but many have good experience with it.
