It's always nice to be popular and known in the blogging world. How can you get attention and be known?

I've heard someone sued a company and that got ton of attention and he become well known because of it.

Feel free to throw in your opinion.

Well, if you really are into blogging, you'll become famous one day. And of course, it won't happen in one day, you have to wait at least one year.

And if you give out prizes, and hold contests, people will say,

"Hey, take a look at [you]'s blog. He's a great blogger."

So yeah [you], that's how you become famous, in my opinion.:s13:

I am in no way a famous blogger, I just started blogging about ten days ago. To become famous I think you have to write about something that you enjoying writing about. It takes time for you to create a blog that will become popular, and over that time you need to keep bringing fresh material every week/day/month. If you stick with it, and market your blog, you will find people that check out your on a regular basis and that can turn into cash/popularity. Make sure you stay unique. Also, like khena25 said, if you offer prizes/contest that really makes your blog feel like a community. A great way to build a regular reader base. Best of luck with your blog(s).

Being a famous blogger requires a lot of dedication and hard work put into your blog. Good focus and determination is something that is also required.

Gradually, you'll build up a reader base, and make contact with other blogger that will help you to become famous in the blog-o-sphere. But that requires patience, and some innovation can set up your way.
