Credits: 0  |  Is black BG is good idea or not? Originally, i set the background of my blog black, it seems that more people come to my blog ever since i turn it to a white background. Anyone has the similar experience?

Credits: 23 |  maybe its just that your blog had became more famous, lol. But if you really want black background, don't use white fonts, as in #ffffff. it really hurt the eyes.

Credits: 1 | lol I don't think it has much effect but white bgs are usually for companies and/or business websites but I've seen some companies with dark based backgrounds and stuff and actually they're good it's all about how the content connects to the layout

Credits: 8 | I find black backgrounds easier to read with a white font color, than a completely white background with a black font color. It's known that bright white makes your eyes hurt.

Credits: 0 | From what I know, there are a few browsers that don't load or view black backgrounds very well. There's a (very small) chance I think that maybe having the white background shows better in some of those cases. But I am going off of what I've heard. Could be wrong.
