Cool Making templates in photoshop
As you can see the topic what it is about. I want to learn how to make templates in photoshop.

I recommend Good-Tutorials / Photoshop Tutorials + Flash Tutorials

There are many other sites out there to learn. First you should get used to all the functions in photoshop and master it! Then start making templates.

Yeah take a look at those tutorials.

But take those skills in the tutorial and just make random layouts.
