Heyz

I've finished designing the .psd of a webhosting template(it took me 2 weeks but it is perfect ^^) and now i am coding it.
I am coding with php and some html and i was wondering if someone here has coded any templates in the past, are there any special points i should take special care on?
I mean is there any part of the coding that could be troublesome? I am still on the very early steps and haven't faced any difficulties adding php codes etc.
I am making the website crossbrowser compatible with the support of a self-coded .css.

Anything i should be very careful about?

Well, nothing. I mean, you've almost covered it all already. The looks, the code, cross browser. One more thing, SEO. Do more of that, and get audience. Then, the perfect site is born.

I agree with joshchan214 but would suggest you to get it to validate too. I know I know validating is not ALL, but its something that every site needs to be perfect

As long as you've taken content and navigation into consideration in your PSD file, then you should be fine. Coding is simply the grunt work! :smirk:

Why are you asking us for suggestions?

You seem to have everything figured out

Now seriously, the only thing I can think of is: test, test, test! Test your template against many web browsers as you code it so you can correct any error on the fly. That should make your work easier.

just dont cut up the PSD too much - the more bits the more hassle it is (and the more annoying when one image doesn't load)
