Credits: 4    |  Color compatibility in web designing Color compatibility in web designing Color does play an important role in web designing, and choosing the right color for the right site could sometimes attract more visitors. While some makes you feel calm and peaceful, some makes you headache and depreciate the site youre visiting. Color shows the uniqueness of the website. In order for me to create a successful site, I would need to choose the right colors for my site.  The forum I am currently creating contain colors that look too bright in my opinion. The main colors are #00CCFF, (forgot the hex codes of others)light green, some yellowish color + a little of orange. I want to change some of the colors, so the site would look not so bright and peaceful + feeling of secure. The color #00CCFF remain constant if possible. Also it would be even better if you can narrow it down to only 2 or 3 main colors. So, what color do you think I should chose? Thanx for advices ^^  ================================================== =========================== It appears I came home before 6, and here goes the pictures. . . . . yes, yes, I am Chinese.  Ill put some backgrounds for the chat some other time. . . .  the red rectangle thing is the image for the board, I will replace with pictures later.  orange bar doesnt seem to fit in the place.... please give some advices on the above pictures ^^ I would really appreciate human answer as to those machine generated colors. |

Credits: 23 | Well, luckily i'm chinese too. You should change the red rectangles with round cornered rectangles. It will fit in better, i think. The orange bar is not bad. Attractive enough to let people actually SEE it. Computer generated colors are good, but if you can do it better, then do it. From what i see now, its good enough for me. And it will be better if you fill something in the banner.
