However, I personally believe, once someone get "Moderator" badge on, they have to take extra care while saying something and taking any action.

I'm not saying you did wrong.

But think this way - when new members will come, they should see something especial in this forum so that they will be inspired to talk rather than coming and going. We are the early members - that means every time we post something, those comments should be more detailed so that they will work as a set instructions.

If you check established forums, moderators always try to post large comments, it not only inspired new members to inspire to write but also keep spammers from posting 'hi', 'hello' comments.

I guess I've to stop now - am I talking as a professor?
